Is it solid stainless steel?
No, and that's on purpose. Each ball is a sealed food-grade stainless steel shell filled with a water and alcohol mixture, which moves heat faster than solid steel.
How big is it? Will it fit my cup?
The XL balls are 55mm (2.2") and work with most mugs, rocks glasses and travel cups. If your cups are small or narrow, choose the Standard 38mm (1.5") 2-pack.
